NOVEMBER 1ST, 2023:
- authorization (login & register) + character selection;
- added basic roleplay commands;
- basic admin / tester funcionalities;
- basic vehicle functionality;
- saving player's position upon disconnect;
- reworked the chat;
- work in progress houses, jobs and factions;
